Greg writes: It is a blanket chest with an inlaid top. The chest is made of birdseye maple, black walnut, hard maple, poplar, bloodwood, brazilian rosewood and purple heart. Wow did this project get way out of hand and got me addicted to a lifelong hobby.
Greg writes: This project is a cherry hall table. It is made from only cherry. The jointery is dovetail, mortise and loose tenon .
Greg writes: The corner cabinet is made of African maghogany. The jointery is mortise and loose tenon and half lap.
Greg writes: The round table is made of red oak. The legs are made by bent lamination.
Greg writes: The square table with burl veneer is made from Curly Maple and Carpathian Elm Burl. The jointery is mortise and tenon and the top is tongue and groove.
Greg writes: This square table top has red accents is made with blood wood and curly maple. The legs are accented with bloodwood are on the faces and the three levels have bloodwood inlaid in them. The table has mortise and tenon and dowel jointery.
